Important Instructions
Kindly be informed that all applicants for Senior, Young Professional, Graduate, Fellow, Honorary Fellow, associate, Overseas/Diaspora membership would be requested to upload the following for the completion of the membership admission form:
• Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Degree Certificate(s), Professional certificate.
• Passport-sized Photograph
• Evidence of Bank Payment Slip (required only for bank payments) should be sent to info@adpaf.org. Payments can also be made online via the ADPAF-Paygate
Kindly be informed that all applicants for STUDENT membership would be requested to upload the following for the completion of the membership admission form:
• School Identity Card or School Admission letter (if school I.D is not available)
• Passport-sized Photograph
• Students’ membership in ADPAF is free
A Student membership application will be required to submit the particulars of ONE endorser. The required particulars are: Endorser’s Name, Endorser’s designation, Applicant’s endorser MUST be the applicant’s departmental lecturer, Head of department or Student Affairs Head
