Who we are

The Association of Drilling Professional in Africa (ADPAF) is a ‘not-for-profit’ Association whose members are engaged in Oil and Gas drilling.

Our members function in diverse drilling capacities which include drilling engineering; operator; manufacture; suppliers; researchers; consultants, clients, trainers, and regulators.

ADPAF is an inclusive organization and welcomes individuals from any profession that is interested in drilling activities within Africa.

ADPAF members come together to raise standards; improve health & safety; promote the industry skills and train & educate all those involved in drilling. Our members are expected to uphold the highest standards and we recommend that anybody that is procuring services or supplies in this sector, do so from an ADPAF Member.

ADPAF being a non-profit organization has limited guarantee, whereby its funds are for the sole use and benefit of its members.

ADPAF IN AFRICAN COUNTRIES

The activities of ADPAF in each African country are coordinated by ADPAF in that country, as determined by the ADPAF Council. They are accountable to the ADPAF Council, which leads, approves, and support their work. Each country will have an ADPAF President and other executives elected to administer ADPAF’s business. Below is a list of African oil producing countries where ADPAF will be operating

ADPAF IN AFRICAN CITIES

 

ADPAF in each African country will coordinate the divisions under it that are spread across the country’s major cities. The section reports to the ADPAF office in that nation. Each section has its own leadership board, which includes the Section Chairman and officers. ADPAF sections will be established in cities across Africa. The ADPAF country sponsors each ADPAF city. Examples are
