Our Committees

ADPAF Management Committee meets quarterly but it is the Sub-Committees that are tasked with bringing
the ongoing projects to fruition.

The Management Committee consists of up to 21 Coordinators and they lead the overall direction of the
Association, including objectives, structure, and operations, while giving feedback and making
recommendations to the Board of Directors as needed. The many dedicated members of ADPAF management
and sub-committees feel they have a duty to give other people the benefit of their experiences in the pursuit
of progress and they do this on a voluntary basis.

On a daily basis, ADPAF’s General Manager is charged with carrying out all necessary administration, including
meetings management and responding to member queries.

Advisory Panels are formed to evaluate issues affecting Members and report those issues to the Executive
Committee for consideration and action.

The team is not complete without the many members of ADPAF, who contribute or are available for
consultation.
